The business problem. Property search in India runs on stale photographs, duplicate and bait listings, and broker chains that keep buyers away from the actual owner. The result is a market where the biggest question about any listing is whether it can be trusted at all.

The product concept. Put trust and video at the centre: every home is a short reel-style video tour, every listing is RERA-tagged and document-checked before it goes live, and buyers talk to the owner or vetted agent directly — no broker chains in between.

Real video tours, in reels

The core interaction is a vertical feed of short video tours — apartments, villas, plots and rentals — that buyers browse the way they browse social video. Each reel carries the essentials up front: price, location, BHK and a verification badge, with save, shortlist and share one tap away.

The trust layer

Trust is engineered into the listing pipeline, not claimed in a tagline. Listings are tagged with their RERA registration and legally screened before they go live; ownership and title documents are reviewed; only verified owners and vetted agents can list, and duplicate or bait listings are filtered out.

Ask Vaztu AI

Buyers search in plain words — "3BHK near Technopark under 80L, north-facing" — and get ranked matches instantly. Results are hyperlocal, ranked by what is actually near each home, down to the locality and landmark.

Owner-direct chat & site visits

Buyers message the actual owner or agent inside the app and book in-person or video site visits in a couple of taps — no broker spam, no endless calls, every conversation in one place.

Owner-direct listing workflow

Owners list free in four steps: shoot a 30-second walkthrough reel on a phone, add price, location and amenities, tag their RERA id, and publish to verified buyers browsing their locality — then manage leads and site visits in-app.

Architecture & technology

The platform is built as a mobile-first web application backed by cloud infrastructure, with a media pipeline for reel content, a listing-verification workflow, AI-powered natural-language search and location-indexed ranking. The native Android app is live on Google Play, and an iPhone app is currently in development.
